The amazing views over Shark Bay from my Royal Suite were fine. The attentive and friendly staff were always ready to assist and the opportunity to snorkel right from the hotel was a good experience.
Many stairs to navigate.

the restaurant here was very nice with spectacularly relaxing view overlooking sharks bay, we both ordered tasty dishes. truly enjoyed really beautiful decor, plus a dining area, a seating area and a writing table were at a high level.

amazing views, challenging access
The serenity of Shark Bay allowed us to experience the beauty of Thailand while relaxing in a fine infinity pool. Always ready to assist.
Navigating the numerous steep steps to and from our room proved to be quite taxing, especially after a long day. We also encountered some inconsistent communication with the front desk.

The staff is really excellent. The room was very clean and had very nice smell. The food was superb.
Sometimes we had feelling, that kids are not desired. There is a lot of stairs everywhere. Quite expensive if you compare with hotels like this in Koh Samui.

You have to go to this resort. Fantastic views, snorkelling from the private beach, the staff treat you like royalty, the food and the chef are fantastic.

The resort is at the top of a steep hill, and the extensive stairs can be exhausting. Dining options are pricey with limited value, breakfast does not impress, and there's an additional fee for using the nearby beach club. Despite being marketed as a luxury stay, the facilities feel dated, with a poor room setup like having no actual shower in the suite.

The location and view is great with every room overlooking the beach with a good balcony. The coral beach is very interesting for snorklinhg. Nice design of the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. The Spa experience is also very nice. In one word, a very pleasant hotel.
The internet doesn't work. The shower is broken.

Excellent hotel with incredible views over Thian Og beach. Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly and whole resort immaculately clean. Fantastic pool and food and drinks good value for money.
Not the easiest to access as situated at the top of a very steep hill. Not great if wanting to spend majority of time on the busy beaches where there is more to do. Wouldn't be good for fairly unfit people as daily you will be walking up and down steps so suggest a closer situated room as we were on the 2nd floor.

Perfect for families seeking adventure
We stayed in a beautiful beautiful room with fine views, and the kids loved snorkeling right from the cliff. The staff, always ready to help, carried our bags up and down those tiring stairs without a complaint.
It wasn't inexpensive, but worth every penny.

The Spa is fantastic and the packages are good value for money. We had a massage, steam sauna, aloe wrap and a facial. It lasted around 3 hours and was so relaxing. We also went on a discovery dive which was really worth the money. The staff were excellent, both are native English speakers.
The restaurant is 5 times more expensive as anywhere else in town and the quality is poor. When we complained about this the manager did nothing about it. This was the same for everyone staying there. They would try the restaurant for dinner and then not eat there again because it's so poor. I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone. The hotel is overpriced for what it is and poor in comparision to anywhere else we have stayed in Thailand.

The stunning views across the bay, snorkelling by the private rocky beach and the attentive service from staff and management.
The journey along the bumpy road with near vertical hills was a novelty to start off but gets very tiresome and unpractical if you want to get back and forward to other areas in the evening. Expensive to get taxis because of difficult terriain - don't even think about walking it at night!

The only hiccup was the stairs to get around, a bit tiring after a long day. Don't miss the sunset happy hour for some amazing views 🌅

Excelent Hotel/Resort, in all senses. I see only 2 problems: wifi internet very bad, and a lot of stairs (you really get tired of so many stairs)
